Great location beside the louvre. Staff spoke excellent English. Comfortable beds.
No stand up shower in upgraded double room only hand held one in the bath. Tea/coffee in rooms were not always replaced daily. Lift was broken 4 out of our 5 day holiday though staff did report it promptly. My sons had to share a double room although i had booked a twin room for them.
This hotel is in an excellent position and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. There is wireless internet in the rooms as well as in the lounge. Like most hotels in Paris, the room was not huge, but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size and very clean. We also liked being able to open the windows for fresh air. It was our second stay in this hotel and we will be back again!
Excellent staff. Wifi not working receptionist dent To hôtel next door for access code.
Poor room. Nowhere to hang clothes. Bathroom small and accessible by breakneck stairs. Impossible To standup in bath to shower due to low roof.
The location was amazing. Metro station was really near, but I hardly had to use it because many tourist attractions were within walking distance. The rooms were clean so were the toilets. Room service runs till 1.30am so that was arguably convenient.
The bed (queen sized) was a little small for two people.
The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was clear. Good wireless internet and the location is very good.
The price is good for the type of hotel, it's a bit expensive.
The staff was capable, attentive, friendly, and courteous. The helped me work out of a tight spot after my wallet had been stolen on the Metro. I can't say enough good about the entire staff.
I'm 6'2". My knees didn't quite fit between the toilet and the tub. A bit tight.
Very friendly and helpful staff with lady who speaks polish ! Great location and view from window (Louvre). Very close to public bikes station and metro - direct line to Porte Maillot with shuttle bus to Beauvais airport.
14 euro for breakfast - very poor ! - it is a robbery ! It is much better to eat outside - a lot of cafe's nearby. Room was very small, bathroom extremely small (bath with curtain). Corridor, elevator, staircase - ruin ! Two people will have problem with walking together. At reception stays big ladder, boxes, cartons and many other things which spoil the view ! There is one big mess. Price was good (two nights for 239 euro without breakfast) but for 280 euro you will get much better hotel.
Location was perfect - Sijainti oli mitä mainioin.
Excellent location next to the Louvre, good value for money price. This is an ideal hotel in the city centre if you are on a budget and just want a nice, clean hotel room within walking distance for the night. The buffet breakfast is simple but good value - worth trying if you want to save some money compared with most prices around!
The room and bathroom was big (stayed at the fifth floor)
You better bring your own shampoo and shower gel. There was also problem with the heating (broken for one night!)
Great location, room very small, very noisy in morning as workmen in hotel working. The hotel was very clean, but room was just too small and uncomfortable.
location, location, location
Service and staff have deteriorated considerably since we stayed there last. Hotel needs refurbishment. Bathroom arrangements in room #501 are poor. redesign needed badly
1. The beauty of facing the big church was wonderful. 2. It is close to great sights, cafes, restaurants. Very convenient. 3. Because it overlooks only a church, it is very quite for sleeping. 4. The room was quite charming in appearance, and the antique-looking furniture and choice of curtains made the room feel special, as if in a castle..
There were some insects like fleas in our room and in the lobby that jumped on our legs.
A location is very good, close to the Louvre.
Location is perfect for tourist attractions, shopping and good food
